How do I get access?
SmartClima is now in beta. Register via “Join the beta” for free access, then connect your first heat pump in the app.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Access is free during the beta. We will communicate any changes well in advance.
How is the connector installed?
The SmartClima connector plugs into the service port of the Daikin heat pump. No plumbing or electrical work, operational within 5 minutes.
Is the data secure?
Yes. Sensor data is transmitted encrypted and stored in European data centres. We never sell or share it with third parties.
Who sees which heat pumps?
Technicians only see the heat pumps they are given access to.
